How to View a Report

Viewing a report in iTracer is as easy as One, Two, Three.

Step One - access the Report function by clicking .

Step Two - select a report.

Step Three - click Print Preview. Your report displays in Crystal Reports.

The data in your report is based on the preferences you establish in the Parameters function. You can temporarily override a report's preferences by changing any or all of the following:

Click Print Preview to see a sample iTracer report.

You can temporarily change the reporting level of a report to include data for the entire company, a specific hierarchy and all hierarchies below it, or for an individual account. Your Reporting Level may be limited by your Security data access level.

You can temporarily change the reporting dates by selecting from a range of calendar or statement dates. You also specify an exact date range by selecting a Flexible date and typing the date range in the respective boxes.

You can restrict your reports to transactions from a specific merchant, merchants in a city, or merchants in a state.
