View Pending Transactions

iTracer users can make real-time inquires on pending (outstanding) transaction in the Transaction function. Pending transactions include approved transactions that have not yet posted to your account. They also include all declined transactions.

By having access to pending transactions, you gain advanced information to help resolve declined transactions. You also have more exact information about your account balance.

Viewing pending transactions

To view pending transactions, select Pending from the Transaction View drop down box.

The Account Selection page appears. Type at least the first letter of the last name on the account in the Last Name box and click Search.

All accounts that match your search criteria appear in the Account List box. Select the account you want to view and click View Transactions.

Note: Single account User IDs will go directly to the Pending Transactions page.

The Pending Transactions page appears with the most recent 30 transactions displayed that have not posted to your account.

The Pending Transactions view displays both declined and approved pending transactions. Declined transactions display a message describing the reason for the decline.
