The Analysis function lets you graphically analyze your spending habits by displaying your transactions according to merchant class. This gives you a quick overview of where and how you company is spending its money.
Each Analysis view displays transaction totals by merchant class, the amount spent in each merchant class and the percentage of all transactions by each merchant class in dollars, and the total number of transactions by merchant class and the percentage of the total number of transactions by each merchant class.
Analysis All View
The Analysis All view displays transaction totals by merchant class in a table format.
The Bar Chart view displays transaction count and amount totals by merchant class graphically in a bar chart. The following graphic shows transaction amount totals by merchant class.
The Pie Chart view displays transaction count and amount totals by merchant class graphically in a pie chart. The following graphic shows transaction count totals by merchant class.
