About the Account Function

The Account function displays specific cardholder account information and statement history information. Statement history is the same information found on the cardholder’s monthly statement.
The Account function offers views of delinquent accounts, blocked accounts, and the limits of each account.

Account Detail Information

The Account Detail screen consists of all account and statement information processed by Spectrum. The top left portion of the Account Detail screen contains the account address and phone numbers. The top right portion contains the company information.
You access the Account Detail screen by clicking the account name in the Account, Hierarchy, or Transaction functions.
