EDS created this privacy statement to demonstrate our firm commitment to Privacy and Data Protection.  This commitment encompasses EDS’ activities on the Internet and Intranet with implementation through the EDS Web Privacy and Data Protection Policy.

Use of Information:

This site collects data from accountholders enabling the access of their credit card information housed in an independent database and information management service.  This information will only be available for use to enable the accountholder, and their company, to manage their accounts. 

EDS may collect User IP addresses to help in the diagnoses of server issues and administer our Web site, to analyze trends, to track user movement and use, and to gather broad demographic information.  The retained data will have no link to any personal identification information.

EDS will not share or sell any data submitted to this site to any outside party, nor use the data in any manner outside of issue management.

Data Retention:

EDS will only use data submitted to this site for the purposes of maintaining and servicing the accountholder information and will remain available only for as long as the financial institution retains the basic accountholder information in the primary processing system.

Adding/Updating Information:

Users may add or update information within this website, depending on the level of security granted to the user.

Safeguarding Information:

This site has security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse and/or alteration of the information under EDS’ control.  Any EDS employee with access to the website’s information is aware of the EDS Web Privacy and Data Protection Policy through direct notification and training.  Access to such information is limited to those required to fulfill the applicable user request.  Security procedures in place include password protection and, as appropriate, physical protection or encryption.  This site complies with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) security standards.
