Overview

On-line Statement is an interactive bill presentment product that lets users view statements and invoices over a secure Internet site. On-line Statement is the perfect solution for both commercial and consumer card users, offering both security and convenience for those on the go.

Easy-to-read statements

On-line Statement uses colorful, yet simple screens to display your statement and invoice information. The On-line Statement screens are similar to the paper statements that you receive in the mail, which gives them a familiar look and feel. You navigate between the On-line Statement functions using tabs at the top of the summary information. Links on transaction reference numbers take you to addendum screens, which display additional transaction data that was collected by the merchant.

Make payments online

From anywhere in the world with access to the Internet, users can view their statements and make payments via an Automatic Clearinghouse (ACH) transaction. For companies that are set up for automatic payment in Spectrum, the payment information already exists in On-line Statement. Simply click Make Payment, and type the amount you want automatically deducted from your account.

On-line Statement Administration

The Administration function manages user access to the secure On-line Statement site. It lets selected users at both the bank and company levels create new user IDs and manage existing user information.

Print statements

Users who wish to keep a paper copy of their statement can print the statement using the Print Preview function. This function formats the statement in Crystal Reports, ensuring the best quality print regardless of your PC or printer. The print function also lets you export your statement for viewing in a word processor or spread sheet.

If you are not enrolled for automatic payment, you can set up automatic payment in On-line Statement. Complete the automatic payment form, and your enrollment application is processed over the Internet.
