Overview

On-Line Account Maintenance lets companies access their commercial card account information directly through the Internet. Companies can inquire on current transaction information and make real-time updates to accounts. This gives companies direct control of the management of their commercial card programs.

On-Line Account Maintenance includes the following functionality:

Account inquiry

With On-Line Account Maintenance, companies can inquire on account demographic information, account limits (including credit and cash advance limits), billing information, and general account summary information.

Update accounts

In addition to inquiring on account information, companies can make updates to selected demographic and account limit information. On-Line Account Maintenance permits account updates between the hours of 5:00 AM and 7:00 PM Central time. The account update capability includes:

On-Line Account Maintenance Administration

The Administration function manages user access to the secure On-Line Account Maintenance site. It lets selected users at both the bank and company levels create new user IDs, manage existing user information and access the online audit logs.

Transaction inquiry

The Transaction inquiry screen displays the current balance and available credit. It also displays a total of the 30 most recent outstanding authorizations (pending transactions) and posted transactions. All pending authorizations display before any posted transactions.

Pending authorizations show the transaction date and time, status (whether declined or approved), merchant, reason for decline, and the transaction amount.

Posted transactions display after all pending transactions display with the most recent transactions at the top. The screen shows each transaction by posting date, transaction date, merchant, and amount.
